Muster-Mittwoch again

Heute ist wieder Muster-Mittwoch bei Michaela, also unbedingt mal vorbeschauen 

und sich inspirieren und faszinieren lassen! Es lohnt immer.

Its pattern wednesday on Michaela again, so don't miss to have a look

and be inspired and fascinated by everything. Its well worth it.

Heute zeige ich mal Punkte in ihrer "natürlichen" Umgebung, 

denn Punkte finden sich fast überall...

Today I like to show dots in their "natural" envirnoment,

because dots can be find everywhere...

Manchmal wenn man einen genaueren Blick auf die Details wirft, 

wird die Welt noch viel interessanter, weil es viel mehr zu entdecken gibt, 

als man vielleicht zuvor vermutet hat.

Dann wird das, was vielleicht wie ein abstraktes Gemälde aussieht oder wie eine

Aufnahme aus dem Weltraum auf eine Flußlandschaft...

Sometimes if you look more closely into details,

the world gets much more interesting, because you can discover a lot more,

than expected before.

Than something what might seem like an abstract painting or like an

picture from outer space on a riverside ....

binden kann, wenn man kurz vorher einen solchen Kurs belegt hat. click

and here comes the bookbinding story:
 

Letzten Samstag habe ich einen Buchbindekurs bei Marie gemacht.

Habe letztes Jahr schon mal einen woanders gemacht und das meiste wieder vergessen.

Jetzt habe ich mir vorgenommen, gleich weiter zu binden, damit das nicht wieder passiert. 

Daily project or what?!

Last Saturday I made a bookbinding course at Marie.
Have done it before last year with somewhere else and forgotten most.
Now I have decided to continue with book binding so that this does not happen again.
Daily project or what?

Marie hat das super erklärt, gezeigt und gemacht, das war wirklich toll 

und jetzt würde ich eigentlich noch gern einen über Japanbindungen machen...

Maria did explain and  showed it very good, that was great

and now I like to do another course with japanese binding.....

Mittags gabs ein tolles Buffett zusammengetragen von allen Teilnehmern 

und wie man sieht: unfassbar lecker und ich dumme Nuß bin ausgerechnet auf Diät!

At noon there was a great Buffett collected from all participants
and as you can see: incredibly delicious and me stupid nut as I am being on a diet!

Und dann diese coole Werkstatt, vollgestopft mit allen Materialien und Werkzeugen und

Möglichekeiten! Da möchte man doch gleich alles rauskramen, anfassen und ausprobieren.

Ich bin da bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal gewesen! I'll be back!

And then this cool studio, replete with all the materials and tools and
possibilities!  You wanna go straight forward and dig it all out touch and try.
I'm certainly not been there the last time! I'll be back!

 und ich kann gar nicht fassen, wie gut dieses Buch geworden ist!

Muster-Mittwoch - dots - Punkte

Bei Michaela ist heute wieder Muster-Mittwoch 

und wir punkten wieder alle um die Wette.

Diesmal habe ich mich wieder mal digital verausgabt...

wenn man erstmal damit anfängt, gibts kein halten mehr. 

Eigentlich fängt es ganz harmlos an und dann.... Auweia!

Stefanie hat diese Woche das Thema "daily project" ausgewählt.

Da kann ich nur sagen: "Zu spät" oder "Dieses Jahr nicht!"

Wie die meisten von Euch ja wissen, habe ich letztes Jahr jeden Tag

eine Collage mit persönlichen alten Familienfotos gemacht.

Wer neu hier ist, alle Collagen findet ihr hier

Dieses Jahr sind zunächst Vögel mein Thema.

Hier im Skizzenbuch und zusätzlich mit einer neuen 

Form der Collage, nämlich Stickerei und Malerei

in einem Stickrahmen kombiniert.

Hier der erste Versuch.

Diese Woche habe ich mich täglich

mit genau diesen Stickrahmen beschäftigt.

Und ich glaube daran werde ich noch weiter arbeiten....

As most of you know, I made last year every day
a collage with personal old family photos.
For those new here, all collages can be found here.

This year, bird is my theme so far.
Here in the sketchbook and additional a new
form of collage, namely embroidery and painting
combined into a hoop.
Here is the first attempt. here
This week I worked daily
with this hoops.

And I believe I will continue to work on it ....

Muster-Mittwoch 67 - Punkte - dots

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

es ist mal wieder soweit Muster-Mittwoch bei Michaela, 

da wird im Februar gepunktet.

Ich liebe Punkte, Kreise, Ovale, Blasen, bubbles und selbst 

Autos mit rundlichen Formen. 

Nur bei mir selbst kann ich das nicht leiden.

Heute hatte ich Lust auf Pünktchen im 70er-Jahre-Stil und ich finde

es ist erstaunlich wie ein und dasselbe Muster

 immer wieder anders wirkt,

wenn man bloß die Farbe wechselt. 

Ein paar Varianten habe ich mal ausprobiert,

aber im Grunde könnte man den Rest des Jahres damit verbringen 

immer neue Farbvarianten auszuprobieren. 

Aber das werde ich natürlich nicht tun, keine Angst.

Am Ende würden mir die Punkte noch zum Halse raushängen 

und das wollen wir ja nicht.

Also nicht vergessen auf Michaelas blog zu gehen 

und sich punktgenau inspirieren lassen!

Hello everyone,
it's pattern Wednesday at Michaela again,
this time dotted in February.
I love dots, circles, ovals, blisters, bubbles and even
Cars with rounded shapes.
Only for myself I can not stand that.
Today I felt like dots in the 70's style and I think
it is amazing how one and the same pattern
  always acts differently,
if you just change color.
A few variations I've tried it out,
but basically you could spend the rest of the year so
trying new colors.
But I will not do so, of course, do not worry.
In the end, the points would drive me nuts
and we do not want that.

 
So do not forget to go on Michaela's blog
and be inspired to the point!
